Downtown LB offering up early Fourth of July celebration

Residents can kick off Independence Day early on Saturday, July 2, from 6pm to 9pm with a free, family-friendly Fourth of July fireworks preview event in Long Beach’s Rainbow Harbor, at the intersection of Pine Avenue and Shoreline Drive.
Hosted by the Downtown Long Beach Associates (DLBA), Gladstone’s and Shoreline Village, families can take part in kids’ activities and games, enjoy live music, ride on a trackless train and see a strolling magician. After an evening of entertainment, attendees can watch the 9pm fireworks show.
