As the immigrant community is suffering, many residents may be feeling overwhelmed and wondering how they can help. In a city of over 100,000 immigrants, several of Long Beach’s local businesses have stepped in to raise funds for organizations providing legal aid or helping impacted families more directly.
The Signal Tribune compiled this list of businesses fundraising for the local immigrant community, and will continue updating this list until resources are no longer needed.
