All 12 Long Beach Public Library locations will be closed to the public on Wednesday for a full day of staff training and development. All locations will reopen on Thursday at their regularly scheduled times.

During the one-day closure, library patrons are encouraged to explore the Library’s wide range of digital resources, including the catalog, downloadable materials and research databases, available 24/7. Outdoor book returns will remain open at all locations for patrons wishing to return items. This closure will not impact any scheduled Library programming or events.
