The Signal Hill Chamber of Commerce is hosting its fifth annual golf tournament Friday, July 27, at the Los Amigos Country Club, located at 7295 Quill Drive in Downey. Check-in begins at 10:30 a.m., shotgun start is at noon, and the awards banquet is at 6 p.m. A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Friends of the Signal Hill Library’s Children’s Reading and Literacy Programs.
