Hilltop Park, once the home of oil wells and scarcely any vegetation, allows onlookers wide-ranging views as far as Rancho Palos Verdes, or even the Hollywood sign on a clear day.
The bricks are installed two to three times annually. Up to three lines are available for inscription. The first line costs $50, the second line costs $75, and the third line costs $100. Donors will receive a commemorative certificate as a keepsake for each personalized brick. Payments are tax-deductible and support the Signal Hill Public Library.
