The community is invited to attend the 4th Annual Homeland Cultural Center Dance Fest on Sunday, July 22 at 4 pm, at the Center Theater in the Long Beach Performing Arts Center, 300 E. Ocean Blvd. Admission is free.
The Dance Fest is an annual showcase of the diverse performing ensembles in residence at the award-winning Homeland Cultural Center in Long Beach’s MacArthur Park. The event will feature performances by Homeland Street Dance Crew, West Afrikan Drum and Dance Ensemble, Hmong Association of Long Beach, Ballet Folklorico Maria, Homeland Funkstylers, Ancient Khmer Martial Arts, Orlando Greenhill and Sound Army and Funkdation.
This event is co-sponsored by the Department of Parks, Recreation & Marine and Partners of Parks, and supported by grants from the Arts Council for Long Beach and the Dwight Stuart Youth Foundation.
