Gretchen Swanson of RichCo Outdoor Construction will be the featured guest speaker at the next California Heights Neighborhood Association meeting. The meeting, taking place Thursday, Feb. 7 at 7 p.m., will focus on how residents can enhance and beautify the exterior of their homes using decorative gates, fences and other structures. The community meeting will take place at the Petroleum Club, located at 3636 Linden Avenue in Long Beach.
