The Garage Theatre brings us up close and personal with the highly honored playwright Harold Pinter with its productions of The Lover and The Dumb Waiter, also known as the night of “Double your Pinter, Double your Fun!” Two shows + two casts = one hell of a good time!
The Garage Theatre presents two of Pinter’s one-acts in an evening (or two!) of great intrigue and fun! The Lover and The Dumb Waiter by Harold Pinter is now open and runs until Saturday, May 17 at The Garage Theatre. The five- week run consists of performances on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 8 p.m. with the first two Thursdays being Twofer Sutherland Thursdays where audience members get two tickets for the price of one. The Garage Theatre is located at 251 E. 7th Street in Long Beach and on the net at www.thegaragetheatre.org.
Cast members Jessica Ann Variz, Kim Bush, Cliff Threadgold, and Slade Lewis switch off on a nightly basis, providing audiences with two opportunities to delve into the intense world of the words of Harold Pinter.
