More Info Residents taking the field trip to the CicLAvia — Heart of L.A. bike and pedestrian event in Los Angeles will get on the Blue Line at 7:45am for the 7:55am train. The 10-mile route that runs from the Civic Center in downtown Los Angeles to East L.A. is open from 9am to 4pm. The event is a preview to the six-mile open-streets event scheduled for Uptown Long Beach in spring 2015.
