Preschool children are invited to discover the wonders along the shore at Cabrillo Beach with hands-on exploration, stories, and puppets in “Tales Between the Tides” workshops. Session 3 is offered Tuesday, August 26 and Thursday, August 28 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Session 4 is offered Wednesday, August 27 and Friday, August 29 from 10 a.m.- 11:30 a.m.
Activities include learning about marine life found along the shore from sea stars to sharks, and more. The workshop includes: a snack, stories, an arts-and-crafts project to make and take home and more. Children can attend this class by themselves or bring their favorite adult to join in on the fun. The fee is $26 for the two-day session ($24 for members) and reservations are recommended.
