More Info Representatives from Meta Housing will be constructing 72 affordable-housing units at 1500 E. Hill St. in Signal Hill. The site plan and design review for the project will be presented at a Planning Commission meeting on Jan. 13 at 7pm. The purpose of the tours is to allow the public to visit a Meta Housing building. Those interested should meet at the reception area on the first floor. Parking will be available on Locust Avenue to the west of the building. Tours will last about an hour.
