After months of preparation and an expedited renovation process, the owners of the new Fish O Licious Restaurant have taken over the former site of City Mex Grill at 2594 Cherry Ave. in Signal Hill Town Center East, and opened last weekend.
According to a press release provided by owners Dana and Lisa Johnson, the restaurant is patterned after the Fish O Licious located in Commerce. The Johnsons said that their new dining spot will feature fresh fish menu items for lunch and dinner.
