The California Secretary of State has provided the City of Signal Hill with cassette tapes to be made available to persons who are blind or otherwise visually impaired. There are four cassettes that include information about Propositions 1A through 12. The information on the cassettes include: what a “yes” and “no” vote mean, and the impartial analysis as prepared by the legislative analyst; the official title and summary prepared by the attorney general; and the arguments for and against the measure, rebuttal arguments, and contact information, as provided by the argument authors. The tapes are available in the Signal Hill Public Library.
