The time and location remain the same: 6pm at the Terrace Theatre. The pre-event reception will begin at 5pm with food trucks and entertainment in the Terrace Theatre Plaza.
Typically, President Obama has delivered his State of the Union in the third or fourth week of January. Since he has changed the date this year, the State of City will happen the day after.
The city council will still have a short meeting at 5pm, Tuesday, Jan. 12 at City Hall.
