A new shopping center in Bixby Knolls opened last week at the former Ralph’s property at the corner of San Antonio Drive and Long Beach Boulevard. The center currently includes Crunch Fitness, Pet Food Express and a relocated Trader Joe’s. Opening soon will be Jersey Mike’s, Chipotle, Mod Pizza and Verizon.
