Long Beach Mayor Robert Garcia will again make public appearances, share information and answer questions at two “Meet the Mayor” events on Saturday, May 7.
First, at 1pm, he will be at the Library Coffee House, 3418 E. Broadway in Belmont Heights.
Then, at 2:30pm, he will appear at The Breakfast Club, 3900 Atlantic Ave. in Bixby Knolls.
These appearances are the 13th and 14th “Meet the Mayor” events Mayor Garcia has held.
“It’s important to me to stay in close contact with residents and be available to our community,” Garcia said. “I really enjoy talking to everyone, and I’m looking forward to talking about the great things happening in our city.”
There is no formal program, and he will be at each location for about an hour. All are welcome, and the events are free.
