Art show to highlight achievements of older adults

The Osher Lifelong Learning Institute at CSULB (OLLI) Arts Show will take place from Monday, March 16 through Friday, March 20 from 10am to 2pm on Monday through Thursday and from 8:30am to 4pm on Friday.
On Sunday, March 22, from 1pm to 4pm, the various classes of performing arts will present a program. Attendees will also have an opportunity to meet the artists who are exhibiting.
OLLI is a nonprofit center in the College of Health & Human Services that provides low-cost educational opportunities to adults 50 years of age or older. OLLI is totally operated by volunteers, from faculty to committees and clerical work, with the exception of the office administrator. There are four eight-week sessions each year.
The Art Show will take place in the California State University Long Beach Design Building Gallery on the corner of Palo Verde and University Drive. Free parking will be available in Lot 9 on Sunday only. Further information is available by calling (562) 985-8237.
