Man survives shooting in Long Beach

A man suffered two non-life-threatening gunshot wounds during a possible gang-related shooting in Long Beach, police said on Sunday, Dec 27.

The shooting occurred a little before midnight Saturday in the 6300 block of Long Beach Boulevard, the Long Beach Police Department reported.

Officers dispatched to the scene located the man suffering from gunshot wounds to his upper and lower torso.

Police had no details of what led up to the shooting.
