To launch the new meal plans, Wolff and Hildreth will host a meet-and-greet on Friday, Aug. 3 at Supper Thyme’s Long Beach location from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Food samples will be offered along with door prizes and special offers.
Now certified personal trainers and life coaches, Wolff and Hildreth are advising and assisting in recipe development for Supper Thyme USA’s new Extreme Fitness product line.
The Extreme Fitness 3-a-Day Fast-Track package is a calorie-based program designed to help individuals eat healthfully while participating in a comprehensive wellness program. The package will roll out to all Supper Thyme USA locations in the fall with Marty and Amy endorsing the line.
The Fast Track features single serving homemade meals that are nutritionally balanced, delicious and affordable. The meals are calorie based in accordance to a 1,200—1,800 calorie per day regime and include breakfast, lunch and dinner.
All foods are low in sodium with an emphasis on eating a wide variety of substantial and flavorful dishes. New meal options are added monthly.
The meal packages can be purchased for $105, offering seven days worth of meals including breakfast, lunch and dinner in single-serving portions.
Meal packages can be purchased directly from the Long Beach location in the El Dorado Center at 8125 East Wardlow Road near Los Alamitos Boulevard. For more information call Supper Thyme at (562) 598-4900.
