“Sandy” has a ball at The City of Signal Hill Community Services Department’s “Hounds on the Hill,” as she takes part in the flyball demonstration conducted by The Usual Suspects Flyball Club. The event took place last Saturday at Signal Hill Park and included a rescued-dog parade, a dog-training event, pet adoptions, and a dog contest. The goal of “Hounds on the Hill” is to raise awareness of current laws regarding pets and responsible pet ownership.
