Abrams & Clark Pharmacy has been serving the local community for more than 70 years, and John Sykora has been the owner/operator/pharmacist for over 30 years. The community pharmacy has enjoyed doing business in Long Beach throughout the years but has decided it’s time to extend its business to the online community. It now offers a number of services and products at abramsandclark.com, including daily living aids, bathroom safety, incontinent products and urologicals, compression stockings & garments, orthopedic supplies, cervical pillows & support, mobility aids, wound care & ostomy, and diagnostics.
Abrams & Clark has learned a lot over the years about how to take care of people who need extra care, and the pharmacy has become known in the community as the place where people can find those hard-to-get items at a fair price.
The pharmacy also offers a medication-safety and cost-effectiveness program, which is free to patients who sign up; the pharmacist will assess the patient’s medications to ensure appropriate therapy and optimal cost savings.
Medications can also be organized so that patients are able to pick up their prescriptions on the same day each month. Other offerings include: annual tax reports, compounding, probiotic drugs, blister packing of drugs, monthly reports for conservators, refill reminder calls, drug monographs for prescriptions, flu vaccine and delivery or UPS to patient’s door.
