The League of Women Voters will host a Signal Hill candidate forum Monday, Feb. 7 from 6pm to 7:30pm at Signal Hill City Council Chambers, 2175 Cherry Ave. All three candidates have confirmed their attendance: incumbents Larry Forester and Tina Hansen; and challenger Matt Simmons.
