The Concerned Citizens of Signal Hill (CCSH), the Signal Tribune and the Willow Ridge Community Association will present a forum Wednesday, Feb. 23 for candidates seeking office for Signal Hill City Council. The event will take place in the community clubhouse at Willow Ridge, 2518 E. Willow St., with a meet-and-greet at 6:30pm and the forum from 7pm to 8pm.
