Comfort food cafe chain Hof’s Hut will be hosting a community fundraiser to benefit local low-income students at the restaurant’s three locations in Southern California.
Partnering with the Boys & Girls Club of Long Beach, the Los Angeles Harbor and Greater Anaheim-Cypress, the fundraiser aims to raise donations for hundreds of new backpacks filled with school supplies for students returning to school this fall.
All June long, customers who dine in at any participating Hof’s Hut location can round up their checks with a minimum donation of three dollars. With this donation to Round It Up America, those who donate will earn a “bounceback” coupon for a free individual pie or slice of pie.
Guests ordering online during the month of June who donate a minimum of three dollars with their online order will receive their coupon when picking up their order. These coupons for dine-in and online customers are valid July 1-31.
Throughout the entire month of July, Hof’s Hut will donate $1 toward the purchase of school backpacks for Boys & Girls Clubs of Long Beach members for every chicken pot pie or breakfast pot pie sold. Hof’s Hut says they will match up to $1,000 in funds raised.
The three participating Hof’s Hut locations are located in Long Beach (2417 Bellflower Blvd.), Torrance (23635 Crenshaw Blvd.) and Seal Beach (12480 Seal Beach Blvd.).
