St. Anthony High School and Molina Healthcare will sponsor a 5K Saints Pier Run/Walk Saturday, April 9, with a start/finish at the Belmont Plaza Pool parking lot, 4000 E. Olympic Plaza.
Registration will begin at 6am, and the event will kick off at 8am, with an awards presentation at 10am. Cost for adults is $30 pre-registration, $35 after April 6, and $20 for students 18 and under.
The course is a fast, flat, out-and-back race along the Long Beach shoreline bike path. Water stations will be available at turn-around and finish. All entrants will receive specially designed race T-shirts. Top three runners in all age groups will receive medals.
The race is a fundraising project of the St. Anthony High School Parents and Educators in Partnership (PEP) organization. All proceeds will benefit St. Anthony High School’s students and programs.
