This complaint is a long time coming. For years now, I walk my dogs on the weekends and go down Willow on the sidewalk and pass Food4Less— and the parking lot is disgusting. Trash is always there and ends up in the bushes next to the sidewalk. A nice, pleasant morning walk is always disturbed by trash, and lots of it. You can walk past Costco, Home Depot, and Fresh & Easy and never see any trash.
Isn’t there something the City can do about this?
