Tickets need to be purchased by May 29 in order to be mailed out on time. If the tour is not sold out, additional tickets may be available for purchase the day of the tour. A food truck will be onsite near 1st Street and Temple Avenue. The tour will include six distinguished homes representing the architectural history of Long Beach, including Miner Smith homes of Belmont Heights, Cliff May Ranchos, a Bluff Park Chalet Craftsman and a Raphael Soriano International Style house. Docents will highlight the interior and exterior features of the homes. Proceeds benefit the historic Bembridge House.
