Owner Eleanor Sia established her shop in early August. Never finding much in other shops to satisfy her craving, she aims to add a homemade alternative with her “fresh bagel place.” Not only specializing in bagels, Sia hopes to draw the lunch crowd away from her fast food competition with homemade sandwiches, complete with deli-style meats and fresh veggies.
