The Giant from the Broadway hit musical Big Fish presents donated copies of the Daniel Wallace book on which the show is based to the Signal Hill Library and Friends of The Signal Hill Library on Oct. 8. Accepting the donation are: Friends of the Signal Hill Library volunteers Mary Justus and Silvia Hopper; Pilar Alcivar-McCoy, director of Community Services for the City of Signal Hill; and (back row) librarian Charles Hughes. The special delivery, courtesy of Musical Theatre West, began a two-week countdown to the West Coast premiere of the Broadway musical, coming to the Carpenter Performing Arts Center Oct. 31 through Nov. 16.
