Planning ahead provides you with more shipping and price options,” reminds Wingfield. “We are also doing our Pack-and-Ship Promise Program, which guarantees that if any item we pack and ship gets damaged or lost, the customer will get reimbursed for the item’s value.” The Pack-and-Ship Promise is only available at participating UPS locations and only applies to packages packed by UPS Store associates using new materials purchased at the store.
