The Barretts are collecting donations for the Long Beach Rescue Mission at their holiday-decorated house.
Every year, Halloween and Christmas take over Darrell and Ali Barrett’s Wrigley home (434 W. 31st St.), transforming it into something holiday inspired. For Halloween their house was a pirate ship, and now it’s a winter wonderland. Not far from Daisy Tree Lane, their home attracts many neighbors and holiday revelers. In October, the Barretts began asking the people who viewed their house to donate canned goods and non-perishables for the Long Beach Rescue Mission.
