Signal Hill Waste and Recycling Services will collect trash and recycling items on Monday, July 5, the observed Independence Day holiday for many. As a result, there will be no impact on the regularly scheduled collection of trash and recycling for the entire week. However, city streets will not be swept on Monday, July 5 and those streets normally swept on Mondays will be swept on the following Monday, July 12.
