Delius Restaurant, located at 2951 Cherry Avenue, has been selected for the May 2009 Signal Hill Planning Commission Beautification Award. Business owner Dave Solzman completely gutted and remodeled the interior and exterior of a long-standing restaurant, bringing it up to date with new tinted-glass doors and windows, a drought-tolerant landscape, flagstone façade, lighting and signage. Delius opened in May 2007, providing the residents of Signal Hill and the surrounding community a much-anticipated upscale restaurant to enjoy.
