Prepare your tastebuds for Dave and Louise Solzman’s new Delius Restaurant opening tomorrow night in Signal Hill. Now located at 2951 Cherry Avenue–the former sight of The Rib Restaurant–the modern new Delius features a main dining room, full cocktail and wine bar, and, of course, carrying on the tradition of their former Long Beach Boulevard establishment, an intimate prix fixe dining room.
There is also a very private Wine Cellar, seating 4-6, with a window on the chef’s cooking station in the kitchen.
