American University of Health Sciences (AUHS) will collaborate with Superior Grocers, Barrier Free Life Foundation and XR LLC to provide Thanksgiving groceries to approximately 800 families in need on Friday, Nov. 22 from 10am to 3pm at 1600 E. Hill St. in Signal Hill.
AUHS students will volunteer to assist in the distribution of food, as well as offering basic health assessments such as height, weight and blood-pressure measurements.
