The family of 21-year-old Kennedy Blackwell has been looking for her since she went missing on Nov. 3 in Signal Hill while experiencing a mental health crisis, according to her mother Sabrina Blackwell.
Sabrina said Kennedy has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder and may be displaying some manic behavior, but is not violent.
Kennedy was last seen walking north on Pacific Coast Highway in the Signal Hill and Long Beach area.
She was last seen wearing light blue sweatpants, a light blue and white hoodie, black Crocs and carrying a black crate.
Kennedy is around 5 feet 9 inches to 5 feet 10 inches tall and has short hair.
The Signal Hill Police Department considers Kennedy to be “a voluntary missing adult,” according to Operations Lieutenant Kelli Crigler.
Anyone who may have seen Kennedy or has information about her whereabouts are urged to call her mother at (310) 697-6659.
The story says this young woman was last seen on 11-3. Today is November 15. Why was there such a long delay in making this story public??? May we be informed what has been done, or has not been done, in the time since November 3???
