Rancho Los Cerritos invites the public to join them for their last garden tour of the year Sunday, Oct. 7 at 2:30 p.m. Celebrate the arrival of the fall season with a guided tour of its extensive, lush grounds and discover the beauty and history of the main garden, orchard and courtyard.
The Rancho Los Cerritos historic site boasts many unique plants and features, with trees dating back to the 1840s. A water tower, a cast-iron tallow pot and an adobe horno are all available for exploration during the one-hour tour.
Guests can also take a docent-led tour of the adobe house, browse through the museum gift shop and purchase jam made from the rancho’s organic fruit trees.
