Local realtor Andrea Testa, who had previously owned FreeSpirit Yoga, has earned the Rookie of the Year Award for closed volume at Keller Williams Pacific Estates. The award honors the real-estate agent with the most closed volume in the first 12 months of being issued their real-estate license, with the twelfth month being in 2014, according to the company.
An awards ceremony was held at Sababa Restaurant and Lounge in Long Beach.
“This was a really surprising and humbling moment,” said Testa, on finding out that she had won during the event. “I couldn’t have done it without so many of you that mentored me and were there for my every question, answering my phone calls and texts.”
Keller Williams Pacific Estates serves the greater Long Beach, Signal Hill and Lakewood markets.
