Gallery Expo to host its first open-call exhibit to honor Day of the Dead

The Gallery Expo, 4321 Atlantic Ave., will host an artist reception Friday, Nov. 6 for the “Dia de los Muertos” exhibit, its first open-call artist show, which will be on display there through Saturday, Nov. 28. The reception will last from 6pm to 10pm with awards announced at 8pm. Music will be provided by DJ Chee-Bo.
Featured artists will be Andre Pace, Karla Kay, Pinchi Michi, Jana Orr, David Rodriguez, Carolina Del Toro, Lakindra Orr, Dana Fox, Roberto Munguia, Alejandra Vernon, Derik Bulger, Stefan Rollins, Hector Silva, Douglas Orr, Jorge Del Toro and Ruth Munguia.
“Dia de los Muertos” will be available for viewing at Gallery Expo Thursdays through Saturdays from 4pm to 8pm.
