Here’s where you can vote in-person or drop off your ballot for the California recall election

Tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 14, is election day for the California gubernatorial recall election. 

There are 11 vote centers in Long Beach where residents can cast their ballots in person or drop off their mail-in ballots. 

These locations are open until 7 p.m. today, Monday, Sept. 13. On election day, Tuesday, Sept. 14, these locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• Martin Luther King Jr Park: Social Hall, 1950 Lemon Ave, Long Beach CA 90806
• Museum of Latin American Art: Viva Event Center, 628 Alamitos Ave, Long Beach CA 90802
• The Westin Long Beach: Ocean Ballroom, 333 E Ocean Blvd, Long Beach CA 90802
• Recreation Park Community Center: Social Hall, 4900 E 7th St, Long Beach CA 90804
• CSU Long Beach-Walter Pyramid: The Pointe-Sunset Room A and B, 1250 N Bellflower Blvd, Long Beach CA 90840
• Stearns Champions Park, 4520 E 23rd Ave, Long Beach CA 90815
• John Marshall Middle School: Small Gymnasium, 5870 E Wardlow Rd, Long Beach CA 90808
• Millikan High School: Small Gymnasium, 2800 Snowden Ave, Long Beach CA 90815

It is not necessary to show proof of vaccination status or COVID-19 test results for voting-related activities, according to the LA County Registrar. However, voters will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing while in line or voting. Ballot machines will be wiped and sanitized after each use.
