Tomorrow, Tuesday, Sept. 14, is election day for the California gubernatorial recall election.
There are 11 vote centers in Long Beach where residents can cast their ballots in person or drop off their mail-in ballots.
These locations are open until 7 p.m. today, Monday, Sept. 13. On election day, Tuesday, Sept. 14, these locations will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

It is not necessary to show proof of vaccination status or COVID-19 test results for voting-related activities, according to the LA County Registrar. However, voters will be required to wear masks and practice social distancing while in line or voting. Ballot machines will be wiped and sanitized after each use.
