Long Beach’s Museum of Latin American Art (MOLAA) celebrated its annual Dia de los Muertos festival on Sunday, Oct. 29, with the theme of “Hecho con Amor/Made With Love.”

MOLAA partnered with the Museo Nacional de Arte, Mexico, for the event in conjunction with its current exhibit, “Festín de Sabores, Banquete Mexicano.”

Performances were held throughout the day with Folklorico dances from various regions of Mexico in the museum’s sculpture garden. In between performances, attendees browsed through the dozens of vendors selling Day of the Dead-related merchandise, attended a workshop on sugar skulls or face painting and got a bite to eat from various Latin-American food vendors.
