Checker Schucks Kragen (CSK) Auto, an operator of more than 470 retail automotive stores in California, recently gave $4,400 through Memorial Medical Center Foundation to the Center for Women at Miller Children’s Hospital. CSK’s “Bring ‘Em Home Safe” campaign donated money for child safety seats for families in need each time the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim hit a homerun during the season.
“Thanks to Kragen’s generosity, many parents can breathe a little easier knowing that their child is buckled up and safe,” says Linda Heil, manager of Women’s Services at Memorial Care Center for Women. “This a great way to raise funds to support our car seat program for families in need in our community.”
