LB Playhouse offering more theatre classes for youth

The Long Beach Playhouse has announced that the next session of its Youth Theatre School will begin Saturday, March 5. Children in grades three through five will meet from 10am to 11am. Classes for grades six through eight are 11:30am through 1pm and high-school students will meet from 1:30pm to 3pm.
In addition to the Saturday classes, Long Beach Playhouse also offers a summer youth theatre program. Lysa Fox, an experienced actress, director, teacher and recent MA graduate of Cal State Long Beach, will coordinate and teach the Long Beach Acting Entourage. The final session for the spring will begin Saturday, April 16.
