LB’s Garage Theatre serves up month’s worth of Mystery Meat

In honor of Arts Month in Long Beach, the Garage Theatre will be presenting Mystery Meat, a month-long event of collaboration providing five weeks of new art ranging from the visual to the interactive to the performing arts, with artists from Long Beach and Los Angeles. Mystery Meat has already begun and runs through Saturday, November 1 on Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m.
Mystery Meat will be hosted by Phil Van Hest of Phil the Void, a stand-up comedian who has toured through Canada and the U.S.
There are three different menus for audiences to enjoy:

Weekend 2: October 10-11
Improvisation and stand-up featuring Joe Arrigoni, Bald Acoustic Hair band, and Troop Improv.

Weekend 3: October 17-18

Sketch comedy.

Weekend 4: October 24-25 and Weekend 5: Octrober 31-November 1
Interactive cooking show featuring Jamie Sweet in an Iron Chef vs. Naked Chef cooking show with a competitor chosen from the audience each night.
