What’s up in downtown?
As we recover from an unforgettable Downtown Long Beach (DTLB) New Year’s Eve celebration, we reflect on 2016 and look forward to what the future holds. The new year marks a turning point— and for Downtown, there is truly an aura of change lingering in the air. 2017 will be known as the year of the cranes, with 2,500 entitled residential units aiming to call DTLB home and work continuing on the new civic center.
While these new projects are exciting, we know community development is not a sprint, but rather, a neverending ultra-marathon. We look forward to all the future will bring and thank you for your commitment, continued support and one-of-a-kind passion to help create the best downtown.
