A man was stabbed during a fight with a group of men in Long Beach, authorities said Wednesday.
Officers dispatched at about 6:15 p.m. Tuesday to the 5200 block of Atlantic Avenue regarding a stabbing and located the victim, the Long Beach Police Department reported. Paramedics took him to a hospital for stab wounds to the upper body that were not considered life-threatening.
The suspects fled the scene prior to the arrival of officers.
Police said the victim had been in an argument with a group of men when one of the men stabbed him.
No other injures were reported.
