Donald Rudolph Anderson is described as a white male, 6 feet 1 inch tall, weighing approximately 198 pounds. He is bald, has blue eyes and is clean-shaven. He was last seen wearing a light-colored T-shirt and light blue jeans. He is also known by the names Donald Anderson, Don Rudolph Anderson and Donald R. Anderson.
Anderson is known to drive a white 2005 Chevrolet S-10 pickup truck, bearing California license plate number 7V52779.
