Other Halloween events include a spooky night at the Aquarium, a historical cemetery tour, the annual Haute Dog Howl’oween Parade and three local trick-or-treat events the night of Halloween on 2nd Street, the 2nd & PCH shopping center and at the Mark Twain Library.
