At last week’s First Fridays event, the Bixby Knolls Business Improvement Association announced the winners of its 2009 Summer Shutters 2.0 Digital Photo Contest. All photos entered into the competition were on display at the Expo Building. A new addition this year was the “digitally altered” category, which welcomed shots that had undergone digital enhancements. Those entries had been showcased online for the general public to vote on their favorites. Anna Cruz won first place in the new category for her shot called “Treat Street.” (pictured)
