A 16-year-old girl who had been missing for two days was reunited with her family Wednesday afternoon, according to the Long Beach Police Department (LBPD).
Audrey Hanna Askin (above) is now home safe after being located in the area of 14th Street and Redondo Avenue by police. The police department said in a statement that she was found in good health.
According to media reports, the teenager’s father said, when she was found, she was alone but had suffered no harm aside from being frightened and cold.
